My room was ready upon arrival. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful when i asked for a taxi. The bed linen felt freshly laundered, and the towels were soft to the touch.

broken window unstable system

The staff were friendly and cute. The building has a beautiful, vintage decor.

The room I stayed in (a Standard Double Room) was quite disappointing. Half the light bulbs in the bathroom were missing, and one window was broken and kept closed with an unstable system allowing air to pass through. One of the two sinks did not have hot water.
